Track your policies, FAQs, and brand voice via the Knowledge Base App, so agents have the right answers to key customer questions about your brand and offering in every conversation. You’ll get full visibility into what’s happening: See orders flow into your admin with full AI channel attribution, plus get insights into search trends and the topics customers are asking about, giving you the insights to understand how you show up in AI conversations.

Just set up once and Shopify Catalog will syndicate and surface your products to AI chats everywhere—no bespoke integrations or custom setups needed. Just toggle AI platforms on or off individually to choose which channels you sell in.

This works because Shopify operates at the scale of global commerce. Shopify Catalog uses signals from millions of merchants and products to structure data so AI can understand it. It infers categories, extracts attributes, consolidates variants, and clusters identical items so shoppers see only relevant and unique results. Prices and inventory stay current across agents, and performance is attributed back to the originating channel in your admin.
